Marvellous location in the tranquil area, not far from the center, the train station and Eindhoven centrum. For tea or coffee visit Brownies & downies nearby. Well cleaned appropriate rooms with a TV, clean bathroom and the garden.

The very central location, affable staff - extremely comfy hotel. Amazing building and rooms with a big window looking to the garden. Good food for delicious breakfast. Location really close to the restaurants, the city centre, and garden. Nearby Usine - great place to chill out. Simply no complains at all, really great stay...

the rooms are exceptionally comfortable and amazing. Each room has a TV, clean bathroom, and a big window with a garden view. 3. the rate of US$83 is very satisfying. 4. the location is great and lovely, close to the bus stop for the airport and near the center of Eindhoven.

Lovely location, calm street
Surprising silence in street level room. Beautiful, old-fashioned Dutch style house. Amazing, comfortable bed. Lovely garden to relax in. Kind and cool host. Generous and tasty breakfast. Convenient location to restaurants and bars

Excellent location near lively street with many restaurants and bars. Surprisingly quiet room on street level. Charming Dutch-style house with lovely decoration. Comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. Garden is perfect for relaxation with tea provided. Very friendly and helpful host. Convenient bathroom and toilet facilities.

I recently had the most amazing stay at a cozy B&B on Smitsstraat. The host was exceptional, providing VIP service and personalized attention. The breakfast was to die for, with perfect pancakes, fried bacon and eggs, and a tasty parfait. They even offered freshly prepared organic berry juice. The location was convenient, just a short walk from top sights. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water. it was excellent value for money and I felt at home thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the lovely owners.
The only drawback is that the B&B was not easy to find at first.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to the city center and within walking distance to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and cute. They allowed us to drop off our belongings early and efficiently prepared our room. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast served here was really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We felt immediately at home and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.
